High Stakes Poker – NOT!!
Poker at the Danube Seniors Centre is a social game. It is very low key. We play regular 5 and 7 card gamesas well as games with wild cards. The games are all dealers choice. The ante is usually 1 chip. The maximum bet is 5 chips with a 3 raise limit. The chipscome in a container of 100 which cost 5 cents eachchip, a total of $ 5.00 for one container. You can only buy 2 containers an afternoon. If you lose containers you play for free until you win a hand.
We start to play every Monday at 12:30 p.m. and play until 3:00 p.m. when we have a coffee break. We then finish playing at 4:30 p.m. If you want a friendly game of cards come out and have some fu
