New Activity – “Chair Fitness”

There is a new program starting on Thur. Apr. 19 at 10:30 AM.  This is a “Chair Fitness” program for those who would like to do some type of fitness but cannot  take part in the regular exercises.  You will be sitting in a chair (you may stand if you wish) doing various exercises while sitting.  This is a trial program and we will see how it goes whether it continues or not.  Why not come out and give it a try.
